I had ordered the Chicken Doner Blast Box and Chicken Cheese Doner wrap , such an awful it is . It is like I am eating raw salt. It was sooooo salty I had to throw the food. Also there was no cheese in doner wrap. Very Bad experience, never going to order again. If I could rate in minus I would have given the same.
Tried shawarma box and Faluda. Shawarma box was filled with perfectly cooked tender chicken and salad. It is absolutely worth of it's price. The faluda was really tasty. Met with smiling gentle polite Mr Fardeen in the counter. Every staff were polite and well behaved. Will visit them very soon.
I picked up food two time from Arfaam. This food joint is new, well designed, supposedly clean but only a single star from me because- 1) Everytime I ate food, I developed food poisoning tendencies and gave tough times to my liver and stomach. 2) Lack of taste in their signature Doner Kabab (Showarma) is disappointing. 3) Faluda too tastes average in their only desert option. 4) Worst is their Idly. Idlies of this place seems that they died 3-4 days ago and turned pale, cold and stiff. They need to learn that Idlies need to be soft. S-O-F-T SOFT. Conclusion: I want to reach out to the owners of Arfaam to tell them, if they are reading this, that I gave my honest opinion about your well made but improperly managed food joint. I would have given 2.5 stars if I wouldn't have developed food poison symptoms after eating their food as they are selling food at a very competitive prices. But c'mon. Please up your game and deliver quality. Your are in food business and let's not make your customers land up in nursing homes by serving unhygienic or stale stuff. That's my honest opinion, not to be felt offended. Just check what's going wrong like Gordon Ramsay does in Kitchen Nightmares.
I'm rating only one star just for their good quantity.. But the food was too much salty.. Like they added the whole packet of salt specially in mix rice.. Chili chicken was too salty.. We can't eat the food.. It's worst mix rice & chili chicken ever.. Worst food.
