One of the least professional medical centre, aimed with intentions to loot money from customers, even to get the report to be read by the doctor you have to pay the consultation fees again. No respect for customers time either. Patients are being treated casually, with no regard to medical guidelines. Dwarka Clinic Is centre for profit making and not for treatment.

Illetrate staff, Don't know how to treat with patients. Not able to manage records of appointment. It's all lead to disrespect against a good hospital as they are putting untrained staff for saving a little amount of money for not hiring professional or service oriented staff. Poor staff leads me to give 1 eating. Otherwise Doctors is good.

Worst clinic. If you try to give honest review, the administrator of Dwarka Clinic writes the patient never visited the clinic. In my opinion - "This is the worst clinic in the entire city of Dehradun, doctors including receptionists, nursing staff are highly unprofessional, and there is no regard for patients invaluable time. Despite giving appointment, doctors are not available at the scheduled time." There is no empathy for patients. Focus is on to force customer to make unnecessary visits so that consultation fees can be taken again and again. In short don't visit this clinic or it's doctors.

Highly unprofessional and abusive staff, inexperienced doctors. Sole aim of the clinic is to mint money by recommending tests which are not relevant. Surgeries are highly over-priced. I will not recommend this clinic to any one, no matter what the administrator of Dwarka clinic writes. Favorable reviews are posted to misdirect customers. Basic approach towards treatment is incorrect, patient care is missing... unethical bunch of people have come together to provide health services. Do not visit this clinic, if you value your health.

The place is as tidy as a clinic should be. The staff is very cordial, informative and helpful. The doctor listens to his patient with all ears and provides detailed diagnosis to the patient first hand. Overall experience from making the appointment to getting the treatment was highly satisfactory.

Never ever visit this clinic for your treatment or illness. Dwarka Clinic missing on Code of Medical Ethics. As per Clause 3.1 of Chapter 3 - "Duties of Physician in Consultation" as per Code of Medical Ethics Regulations, 2002, the code clearly instructs that the consultation by a Physician should be justifiable and in the interest of the patient only and not for any other consideration, however at Dwarka clinic only interest of doctors is safeguarded and is paramount. You as a patient have to pay a separate consultation fee even to show the reports that has been recommended by the doctor himself for which fees has already been paid. If you escalate this matter to the administrator at Dwarka Clinic , then he threatens of physical harm. At times it seems even doctors are not aware as to what is happening behind their backs. Bunch of goons are running this clinic and bringing a shame to the noble profession of medicine. I strongly condemn this practice at Dwarka Clinic by its administrator that even to show result of the test reports you have to pay Consultation fees...

Thank you dwarka clinics. Such a great office and doctors. The wait times are relatively short. The doctors are so understanding. Other reception and nursing staff is great too - very friendly and professional environment.

Beware.. Beware.. Beware.. The Clinic is suspected to be selling unauthorized drugs which have been banned by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization, Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI, matter has been separately reported to Govt. Authorities for necessary action. If you are a patient, you would be risking your life by visiting this clinic. Doctors are not following the mandates of Medical Council of India, are openly flouting Govt. guidelines. The Clinic Administrator is a goon, threatens customers if they wish to file any complaint. Doctors are working solely with the aim to mint money, recommending unnecessary and irrelevant tests. Beware.. Beware.. Beware...
