DUBAI HOTEL & RESTAURANTS - Hotel in Kumarakom - Kottayam, India

Foods are not good, we bought chicken,Beef, Kerala porata and Chicken biriyani. Chicken masala was not good, stomach started burning. Beef was not tender, poratta was very hard, only biriyani rice was decent where in chicken pieces was also not good. Waste of money... Later even villagers also told about this restaurant about thier poor service.

Used to be a good restaurant in Kumarakom. But over the months they got really degraded in quality of food. Hope they will come back. I will come back and try for sure as there aren't any good options in Kumarakom.

Restaurant is very clean & good food choices of variety @ moderate prices & wash rooms & toilets are very clean good parking space food

Very bad experience , we are stay in 01 night , early check in , we ready to early check in charge but they charged 2 night charge , very experience

Comparatively better food for reasonable price.

This place is ok to eat in kumrakom as there is not much choice in kumrakom

I am not saying a mouth-watering experience over here but the foods provided to me was taste enough to consider a second visit. Staff service was good. The boy who preparing juice items is awesome. Drawback: taking too much time to fullfill an order.
