ACTUALLY MY PACK WAS BOOKED ON 10th AND ON 12TH I GOT MY DELIVERY AGENT CALLING AND HE SAID WE OURSELVES HAS TO COLLECT THE PARCEL WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AT DOOR STEP AND THEN WHEN WE WENT TO COLLECT IT THEY DID NOT RESPOND PROPERLY THE SAID TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 20 MINS FROM 7.26 PM TO 7.50 PM we can even show the call history THOUGH WE WERE LATE BUT WE PREVIOUSLY CALLED AND ENQUIRED THE AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE PERSON ON 7.20 PM THIS IS WORST SERVICE BY ANY BRAND OF COURIER SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED WORST SERVICE. note either the delivery partner could have said that he is busy now collecting some other parcel we could have just made it next day but he nither did it
