The owner tricks the consignor to charge high rates only after packing the items and informs that the item will be sent only as volume size not by weighing the item, if the item weighs about 1.5kg. They will pack the items to make it look bulky and increase the weight as well. What a loser they are! Never choose this courier service in Kokrajhar, they will loot you recklessly.

Good but sometimes, they take the parcel for one day. Instead, they cud hab delivered on the same day.

I had finally taken the time out of my schedule to go and parcel a courier. But it was closed and it wasn't even Sunday or Saturday. They were suppose to be open that day. More than 2 hours of my time wasted.
