Never use this bloody service,chetha service, late deliveries, high charges ,use "bluedart instead.......... Bloody DTDC NEVER RECOMMEND THIS...

I have initiated a parcel to my brother with 2 items in the parcel on 16th nov and after 2 weeks they have delivered today (Nov 30 evening) with one item missing in it and it costs around 1.2k. Very bad delivery they took 15 days to deliver the product and that too by following up daily with the delivery guy and the final result is there is one product missing in the package

This DTDC Opp RTC bus stand ..pathetic .....only money matters ..one employee told me 500 and immediately after 2 mins .another employee 1000.. no standard charges ..they can say whatever the amount they like .. by chance you cancel with in one hour also..100 rs .. money minded and rude people..response is pathetic.. they will say your courier will reach on god's will.. they are not responsible for anything.. then why they are running the courier ..not sure .. worst experience..no chance that I will visit here again

DTDC Guntur is good. And service is also fine. But pan India service is poor. I faced issue with DTDC Hyderabad, where the delivery person marked as delivered just within one day and delivered after 5 days of constant followup. Complaining to DTDC site and regional office did not effected my delivery. They are in support of their staff

they are very Rude and hospitality is worst , actually we went to guntur bustand opposite dtdc courier office , for a parcel delivery, after completing the staff girl didn't even allowed us to sit in the chairs , rudely saying that u can't sit here

It is okay this courier shop but I liked Bluedart if you want to quickly
