Worst courier service ever. They will accept your package and then at the time of delivery will tell you that the location is not serviceable by them. Moreover they don't even know how to talk to their customer. PATHETIC SERVICE, PATHETIC EMPLOYEES. Save your time and money and opt for some other agency.
Very negligence and very poor customer service..they don't have courtesy to call and forget about delivery.

Every time we need to collect the parcel from office? Few online product website send their product through DTDC, and these people accept the order even if they don't deliver to that area/ pincode. Once order reaches the office they call and tell us to pickup from the store . Which is almost 20 km from my location (574235). What is the use of ordering online I'f we need to visit the store ? Either you don't accept the order or just deliver the product to doorstep. Recently one person called me and he is trying his best to deliver the product Even if there is no staff for delivery. That's the only reason im giving 2*.
Worst service. They do not deliver on time. They do not provide door delivery, instead they will call you to pick the courier from their warehouse. Now I use Bluedart and speed post instead of DTDC. Bluedart and post office services are really good compared to DTDC
Worst experience ever. They don't delivery the courier even if it is out for delivery. They don't even call the customer about this. And the worst part is we only have to call,we only have to go and collect the parcel. When I come here for review , I saw all the reviews / complaints regarding the same . I kindly request the Head of the DTDC to close the particular bcroad branch or to change the poor service. Because its totally unfair and irritating. Hope you understand.

One of the worst courier service center I have seen in my life. My courier was sent for door to door delivery but this terrible center just ignored and sent it back. How unprofessional one can be ? If DTDC is serious about customer centric , please cancel their license to operate in Bantwala, Karnataka zone . This center not even deserve ZERO star...
