This gym is shifted to the opposite side in the same lane. Equipments are in condition. Trainer faculty is not upto the mark. They hardly care how people are exercising. If you already aware with the exercise then it is a decent place for you. Space is proper. Timing is also decent.
Good facilities , fingerprint scanner is also available. Overall gym contains all the equipments required for fitness. The cost for one month is 500 and 1100 including cardio. The gym is little bit crowded during evening since most of the people come at evening.
Trainer is very cheap, he crosses all the limits and have no idea of proper diet and what exercise is called what, not safe for females, Proper ventilation is lacking, No AC, only good thing is that sufficient equipments are there but still won't recommend for females.
I used to workout here. It's a nice Gym at pocket friendly fee. Equipment are well maintained, clean and sturdy. If you live in Ghitorni then you should give a thought of joining here.
It's amazing and staff is too good , on time cleaning and service of machines.
Machines are good and the best part is the owner/trainer. I have been working out from a long time now but the result I received in this gym's regime is commendable.
