I can confidently give 5/5 stars. The main reason: the stunning stuff, they do everything to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hostel has a really nice atmosphere (not so much parting, it's more chill) and offers good food. I have been there for Diwali and the owner was so nice. He even offered free drinks for everyone. He knows most of his guests by their names and give you the good feeling that he is really happy to have you there. In case I'll be back to Goa I'll stay there again.
One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Relaxing social space with a great vibe before and after vour night out. Ideal for meeting people if you are a solo traveler. The owner was exceptional and really created an atmosphere where you felt included. Good storage space for your bag, lockable draws, cool aircon and clean. Food and drinks are also great and the prices were reasonable. Thanks Ravi for the great stay. If I come back to Goa I will for sure stay here again without a doubt.
We had a private room and loved it! It was very clean and nice. The common area is great and lots of travelers hand out there. The whole vibe of the hostel was great as were the other guests. We struggled a bit to find taxis from the location but we visited during off season so this might be different during the main season.
By far, the comfiest, the cleanest, the calmest, and peaceful hostel in Vagator. The owner Ravi and receptionist Jennifer were really listening and helpful people. There are many Indian and foreigners staying there. If you want a chill stay, close to the beach, this is the place. Common area was also quite comfy and nice.
This is the place to be in North Goa, I met many guests who had tried a few different hostels before landing here. The common area is set up perfectly for socialising, there's cool wall art and the rooms were cleaned everyday which was a hostel first for me
Disappointed by the excuse as booked online but they refused to accept any ID proof except the original passport which is kind of absurd as i was willing to provide original DL or Aadhar. Even domestic flights dont need passports to travel. Dont understand what kind of " The Continental from John wick" kind of gangster hostel they are running that they require a passport. This policy kind of sounds strange what if someone doesn't have a passport. If you are the owner and reading this please review your policy for ID proofs.
Terrible Experience at Dreams Hostel Vagator Goa - Avoid at All Cost. Our stay at Dreams Hostel Vagator Goa was an absolute nightmare. Despite being Indian citizens and having all the necessary valid identification documents, including our soft copy of the passport, the owner refused to give us a room simply because we didn't have our original passports in hand. It's mind-boggling that they demanded a passport for verification when we are staying in our own country! To make matters worse, we had called the hostel a day prior to our check-in to confirm our reservation, and the owner conveniently failed to mention the passport requirement. This sudden demand for our passports without any prior notification was absolutely absurd. The owner's refusal to accommodate us, despite having all the valid IDs, is unacceptable and reflects their utter disregard for customer service. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, the owner callously asked us to search for another place to stay. This experience left us feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. We strongly advise against choosing Dreams Hostel Vagator Goa for your accommodation needs. Their unreasonable demands and lack of transparency make for a truly pathetic experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a more welcoming and customer-oriented hostel in the area.
The hostel full of RATS...yes disgusting hairy big rats everywhere...and imagine they are way less annoying than the owner Ravi, overwhelming and really heavy.Nice travellers go there, but cause if the mentioned above i wouldn't reccomend it at all
