Very commercial doctor, how did he even become a doctor is out of my understanding, the colonoscopy was painful as hell, the doctor here doesn't use anaesthesia to save some money by not calling an anesthesiologist, they did say before hand that they won't use anaesthesia and convinced me to get it done here as it won't be painful at all. They manipulate by saying that it won't be painful, the doctor is a manipulative business man, and neither his meds worked. I guess the other reviews are paid. Either way this happened 2 years ago and while I was passing this clinic I decided to quickly write a review. Get a colonoscopy under anaesthesia, from a different place.

Kept us waiting for hours knowing that the patient was fasting. Didn't bother to communicate the delay, just kept the patient waiting until late evening. The staff is not courteous. Dr Y Rami Reddy himself is exceptional but my family's experience there was ruined by the staff. And next time, maybe don't take someone's phone and add 5 stars review yourself. The staff just took patient's phone and instructed them to leave 5 stars review lol.
