She is one of the best doctor I have come across in this last 1 year. She is highly recommended as the 1st thing about her she is available at anytime and she responds immediately on a call. She treats the patients immediately on the basis of their respective reports if at all within specific days those medicines don't work she will ask you to stop them. She will explain you the reasons why things are happening and how antibiotics will help your patients and improve their condition. She shows the right path what to do and what not do for the benefit of patients. She is very friendly and understanding and caring. Also, she tries to help patients and their relatives to get the antibiotics at the reasonable price. She is very supportive and encourages the relative to be strong. Thank you ma'am for being so understanding and helpful to me and each one of us.

Doctors like her restore our faith with the system. She is reachable at one call, she calls back if she is occupied, that's v rare to find in a doctor. She is very kind, genuine and upfront about the situation. Guides us on call for small ailments so we can start the treatment immediately. Also getting appointment is easy and almost no waiting. I think we can all agree healthcare workers are miracle workers. This fact is really brought to the forefront of your mind if there's an intense situation where you're helped and / or your life or the life of a loved one is saved. When i had my daughter, i was overcome with the feeling of appreciation and gratitude for the nurses and doctors and care team. Nurses help you through the delivery and hours and hours of labour. And they help you go to the bathroom and shower for the rest of the time ( 5 days after delivery) after giving birth. It's a vulnerable time and they are angels. So thank you to the whole team of nurses and mausies... Special thanks to doctor Madhavi pandya and Sujata madam. Thank you for putting confidence in me. Best hospitality ever, also the staff has became very close to us, the reason is they are friendly and nurses are good in behaviour and they always keep smile on their faces which is i like it, the way of they gives their best to patients. Also the Dr. Bharat pandya is also a genius man.

Doctor Bharat Pandya and his family owns this hospital. The hospital serves the people from about 1955. Very good Service, nice and clean, affordable. Walking distance from Borivali station west. Near by you will find, medical stores, diagnostic centers, banks / ATMs, restaurants, public vehicles etc.

One a legendary hospital in Borivali is sadly now one of the most pathetic hospitals. Rude nurses and staff , staff is on mobile all the time not making rounds at infants or mother's when needed. God knows if the management is paying them or not ....staff should be shown mirror about how their tone is....would never ever recommend any pregnant mothers for their child delivery here ....

This hospital doesn't even deserve 1 star but there was no such option so I had to give 1star. The hospital is pathetic. When I delivered the baby the stitches were done and the nurse dressed me up in a hurry not taking care of my condition. As I stepped down of the strecher she made me run til my room dragging me since she was in a hurry and I was bleeding. Same day as I wanted to go to the washroom I asked the Maushi to take me she was lazy to remove the saline so she took me like that along with the saline. I fainted while coming back she couldn't hold me as well as the saline bottle and the blood started flowing into the saline pipe due to mishandling. Again she somehow tried to dragg me till bed but my mothe came to my rescue she hoped me properly till bed and shouted at the Maushi . Another thing is hygiene it is pathetic very bad. The rooms are Not clean untidy. I lived in dusty rooms with my baby. We found dirt in the water that they brought for drinking when questioned about it and as I made it an issue Dr Pandya had to come and apologize to us. Also there was some renovation work going on in the hospital the labour were working without any masks. But the visitors and reletives were compulsorily asked to were N95mask. People who themselves are not taking care of hygiene were seen lecturing us about hygiene and COVID safety. The other day there was power cut. When I asked about it they told me it shall take 2 hours that is when I losted and Shouted at the entire staff asking them about there lethargic and rude attitude and how can they make there patients suffer like this. They had no answers just quietly listened to me. Please do not go to this hospital for your delivery or any treatment.
