Poor time management.. patients use to wait 1-2 hrs and Dr. not available ... unnecessary waiting time.
This dr. is wrost doctor I have spend approximately 20000 thousands on his clinic for disease (balance dis order) but condition getting wrost and wrost.
Dr chaudhary treated my throat burn very effectively and quickly.sir's behavior is also good.I recommend him for ENT problems in Ujjain.
Terrible experience. I took an appointment on call and the called again before leaving. The receptionist Pooja Yadav told us that the queue is short and you can come. We went there and it was a very long queue. The doctor left OPD and went to perform operations which will take him about 1 hour. We left with no treatment done.
The next day again the same receptionist told us to come and it was again a long queue and we had to leave without treatment. Apparently we went to another doctor.
The reception people are just there to gossip and have tea. Nobody was taking even the covid situation and associated risk into consideration.
If you book an appointment, expect to wait for long hours. The queue was so long that the people were literally waiting in the parking area while the receptionist Pooja Yadav kept taking appointments while enjoying her tea and gossips.

Poor management and staff shows no concern...Even if u call before going to the hospital they will tell you doctor is available and you will still have to wait for a minimum of 2 hrs. Before he will see you.
No proper check up is done.
Go to this hospital if you have lot of time and money to waste...
