I recently underwent a kidney stone operation performed by Dr. Sandeep Gupta, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and the exceptional care I received. Dr. Sandeep is an outstanding urologist who deserves the highest accolades for his skills, professionalism, and dedication to patient well-being. From my very first consultation, Dr Sandeep displayed a genuine interest in my condition, taking the time to explain the entire process of the surgery and answer all my questions with patience and clarity. His ability to communicate complex medical information in a compassionate and understandable manner truly put me at ease. On the day of the operation, the entire surgical team at Dr. Sandeep's practice was efficient, friendly, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the process. The operating theater was well-equipped, and the staff maintained a clean and organized environment, which further enhanced my confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. Dr. Sandeep is a true asset to the medical community, and I am grateful to have benefited from his expertise.

I don't recommend Dr Sandeep Gupta as his aim was only to extort patients under the guise of a doctor. He doesn't know how to behave with the patients and misguided me and I had to undergo surgery for his misguided attitude and all statements made by him were totally false and fabricated by his own way to squeeze money, not according to medical jurisprudence. All patients were/are being motivated to undergo surgery, apart from this he instigated patients( specially me) to review in his favour and share links also to be made good rating. And I am also a victim of this situation. So request all of you, should check everything and proceed.

I can't thank Dr. Sandeep Gupta enough for the incredible care he provided to my wife during her struggle with multiple kidney stones. His expertise and genuine concern were apparent from day one, putting us both at ease. Dr. Gupta's clear explanations and thoughtful approach made a world of difference in her treatment. If anyone out there is seeking a top-notch urologist who truly cares, I wholeheartedly vouch for Dr. Gupta.

Very unprofessional and money minded person. He even suggests unnecesary surgery which at all not required for patient. He even asks patient if he has mediclaim and depending upon the insured amount this Doctor charges higer amount than his usual fees, since the entire amount would be covered under the mediclaim. When I visited this doctor to take 2nd opinion for my BXO treatment at ILS hospital, he suggested for circumcision along with meatoplasty surgery and also suggested the names of ILS hospital Dumdum and Snapdan hospital, where this doctor would be available for surgery. I took estimatations from both ILS and Spandan and spandan gave me a lesser estimation than to ILS hospital and the same was around 15000 to 17000 including doctor's fees and the person from mediclaim department of Spandan asked me to confirm with the doctor whether he at all would agree to do the surgery at such minimal cost. Accordingly I called the doctor and he firstly misbehaved with me as to why I called him directly and then he harshly told that he would talk with the Spandan Hospital for this. Thereafter the doctor asked me to visit at Columbia Asia hospital and I have to visit him again after paying 1500/- as his OPD charges wherein he told me that he would charge 68,000/- at Spandan Hospital for those two surgeries instead of what I have been told previously by Spandan hospital, since I have my mediclaim of upto 70,000/- that time. Lastly I decided to visit doctor Dr Arindam Dutta to whom I had been consulted for the first time before I approached to Dr. Sandip for 2nd opinion, wherein i was suggestes ti have a circumcisiom only.When I again visit Dr. Dutta after Dr. Gupta he told me that a simple circumcision surgery and regular medication would be enough for me to treat BXO and i do not need any additional surgery like meatoplasty for such decease. Thereafter I paid 18000 only as total fees for my circumcision surgery including anesthesia charges, OT charges, doctor's fees etc. at excel urology of Dr. Arindam Dutta. Currently I am absolutely fine and my BXO has been cured. I strongly recommend to approach urologists like Dr. Arindam Dutta who are very much professional and know how to behave with his patients, other than a person whose motive was only to extrot patients under the guise of a doctor.

Dr. Sandeep Gupta has handled my father's case delicately. The surgery by Dr. Sandeep Gupta went painlessly and the patient recovered very quickly after the surgery. Highly recommend.

Prof.Dr. Sandeep gupta is one of the most professional Urologist, I've met. He a great listener, asked the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about his patient's well-being.Where ever you are , he can get you immediate medical attention. Also saw my report over Whatsapp and advised medicines on Whatsapp.Only required tests were got done. I recommend strongly for urology issues.

The doctor felt no less than a family. From behaviour to Everything to treatment it was just perfect and I am totally satisfied after this...I was a lot worried about my sudden pain in my urology parts and doctor guided me the throughout the problem and helped me everytime and now I am totally fine.. Really thankful to such people and mostly recommended!!

I was diagnosed with multiple stones inside my left kidney, and was undergoing treatment under Dr. Sandeep Gupta from Urology department of ILS hospital, Nagerbazar. I've had an extremely good experience, the surgery was a success and I was back on my feet within 2 days after the surgery was performed, and after the entire procedure, I also healed at a steadfast rate from the medication prescribed by him.
