I am writing this review after 45days from my first visit to Kashid doctor. As per doctor I have candidial interirigo and that takes 1month min for cure. I have paid 700 for consultation and 3000 for medical (which we have to purchase from doctor only). After completing the course I was still having the same problem. When contacted the doctor and informed about the issue he called me for follow up visit and again I have to pay 700 for follow up. I am very surprised that they ask for follow up fees.
1. I never called you stating that my condition was improving.
2. We never had whatsup call.
3. I never asked you for whatsup consultation.
4. I made phone call for followup because my condition has worsen and you said that followup fees will be 700 Rs.
5. Consultation and followup is 2 different things.
6. If you have any whatsup please share the Screenshot.
7. By making stories in your reply you have proven unethical practice is happening at your end.
Moral of the story:- Please look for a doctor who is more into problem solving and not money minded
