Dr. S. Anwar - Dermatologist in Haldwani - Nainital, India

The Doctor is famed & well experienced. Knowledgeable & gives good treatment. But the support staff is very aggressive & rude. There's no system for managing patients & appointments. Moreover they don't take up the calls. We had to wait 3 hours & were about to miss appointment due to misinterpretation of timings by the receptionist who gave us wrong time. Although the Doctor showed courtesy & despite almost closing for day, consulted us.

Made visit..certainly disappointed by behaviour of his staff taking care of patient que number. Despite reaching at 5 pm around, he denied for allotment of number and asked us to come next day stating we have not taken appointment, but when we asked how to get appointment, since no one responded on number mentioned in Google, and asked for any other number, his staff told us you have to come one day earlier and take appointment which is certainly illogical. On being asked for any reference number for tommorow appointment, his staff said you come tommorow at same time and tell us you have come yesterday. Further, I firmly believe doctor attitude is reflected through his staff, that's why preferred giving him single star for the rude behaviour and disappointment after reaching his clinic.

So today is the first and last time i am searching for anwar on google and just mentioning anwar because he deserves this, he should be something else other than being a doctor because he is defaming the community of doctors. I have lot of things to write but summarise it in short. I went their with a problem which i thought he being a doctor will give me a solution but he is mannerless, illeterate, short tempered doctor really a learnfull experience i got from anwar. And yeah you all will think i must have done something for this behaviour so the thing which I have done is i went their on sunday because internet was showing that the clinic is open from 9-12. And the people out their told me to go in and ask anwar once. As i knock his net door and steeped in he uses words like aap ander kaise aaye, aise th aap mere bedroom tak aa jaaenge and many many other things. Being 1/4th of his age i controlled myself but felt bad for him how helpless he is with his life. I have 0% respect for anwar and the kind of person he is. And never ever will recommend anyone.

One months ago i have been fadeup with my pimples ...so many home remedies i have applied even before ...finally i go to the specialist dr pant (mukhani) but he refuse to take call on me. he said i cant see pimples patients . then my husband search and got dr.anwar clinic address.... When I went to the clinic so much crowd were there.....my number was in late evening...... And finally dr Anwar was not only seen my face even he come out from their protection sheet (corona time was running)..he was a huge surprice for me .. today's my pimples is clear on my skin and this is my 10 th day from the consultation day and i am very thankful to respected dr Anwar sir.. Fees is very nominal rs 300..but his nature is really very kind...staff is also gud So this is my experience with dr saab .....amazing and thank you so much dr .Anwar sir. Thanks Richa Srivastava

That receptionist is very rude .. she don't have sense how to talk and how to behave with patients otherwise dr is very skilled and good

He is a very good and dedicated doctor ...

Misbehaviour staff specially lady receptionist and they don't have manner of talking with patients

He is extremely talented doctor . He gives best prescription possible , even just by observing he can tell you what's the problem without even consulting the reports .
