I took Ksharsutra treatment from Dr. Bapat for Fistula. I don't stay in Pune but I used to travel for every setting. Dr Bapat is an expert in this field and knows and explains everything very well. My treatment took a few months but I was never hospitalized nor was I needed to take any antibiotics. Treatment is painful but it is still better than the Surgery that I was advised in Allopathy. Hello all First I will thanks doctor Prasad sir for curing me. Let me start I was diagnosed with fistula in ano 2023 January went to 3 to 4 doctor just for reference all said operation even I thought only operation in allopathy is solution. Every doctor was confident but I was not. Meanwhile I was surfing website I get to know about kshar Sutra , as kshar Sutra is ayurvedic treatment and we Indians are gifted with ayurveda . So I research alot and find out doctors in Pune doing kshar Sutra . So dr Prasad I found with God Grace , and suddenly Made a call at 1 pm ,I get appointment at next day in evening , I get there sir was very professional and very clear,to the point . In my case- Sir told -4 sitting will be required it means 4 week of kshar Sutra Time of kshar Sutra- 20 min Thread change - 10 min.
