I had a disappointing experience at a Dharma Center. Firstly, my 3:45 PM appointment was delayed by 4:18. Secondly, they had a confusing pricing system with different charges for various cases and skin problems. Thirdly, Dr. didn't explain my lip issue thoroughly; she simply suggested a night face cream, sunscreen, and lip balm, totaling 2513/- along with a 500/- doctor's fee. Unfortunately, after applying the sunscreen, my face started itching and developed a rash. During our brief 15-minute conversation, I asked you questions in both Hindi and English, and there was no language barrier between us. I mentioned that I've been experiencing this lips problem for six months, and I have very sensitive skin. I've been using vitamin C sunscreen, lotion, and serum for only two months, and it doesn't seem to be the cause of my issue. However, after following your suggestion and applying sunscreen, my face becomes excessively dry and starts to irritate, resulting in redness and itching.

I found the experience to be extremely creepy, unprofessional and off putting. My appointment was pushed 30 mins prior on a short notice, while the doctor didn't even show up for 50 minutes. The entire management seemed overly micromanaging from keeping my bag and mobile away from me to telling me to sit down while I was comfortable standing. I was left in a room I found it to be extremely uncomfortable that I ended up walking out of the clinic. FYI: There's a seperate charge for every concern, so if you're going for acne slots, pigmentation and dark circles, the consultation will be 500 x 3 which is absurd. The staff outside informed me to keep a track of time otherwise I will be charged for a double consultation.

Receptionist of the clinic is very rude. Service is not at all good. They cancel the appointment many times and charges are very much commercial. They ask us to take different appointment for every concern or else they will charge 500 for every concern. Like if you have 2 concerns then consultation charges will be 500*2. Very bad service

Dr. Poorva madam has a wealth of knowledge and experience in treating a wide range of skin conditions. She is very attentive to her patients' needs and always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. Her treatments have greatly improved my skin's appearance and health, and I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful dermatologist.

Had very high hopes before visiting. Had to wait for 2 weeks for an appointment, when finally visited they don't solve the problem, instead they'll push their expensive diagnosis and products and schedule next date for making the process longer and keep on repeating. The doctor refused to give direct treatment and only kept promoting their expensive services. The consultation fees was charged for absolutely nothing(literally). They are focused on making more and more profits rather than solving patients problems, a doctor is supposed to help people recover from pain. The doctor is knowledgeable no doubt about it, but won't solve your problem in a short and simple manner, they'll try to make you a permanent customer.

I had high expectations when I visited Dr Poorva Shah looking at the reviews. I had already left a review on Practo (as I booked my appointment through the site). This is just information I wish I had known before wasting my time and money. 1, When you book on Practo, make sure you have the app on your phone and check in via QR code. This is the only way they can see whether you payed or not. Otherwise it will be a hassle for you +receptionist calling Practo. 2, Take a stop watch as she has 15 min slots for each consultation. Receptionist did not mention this when she called me to confirm my appointment. I had to pay double as I crossed the 15 min line. If your skin concern is more than one area, book double appointment. You will certainly cross the 15 min mark :) 3, She recommended PRP with micro needling. Full-face cost 12K rupees + GST, eyes cost 6K+GST ( PRP eye treatment for surgical scar) you need usually 4-6 treatments , so research, ask, be prepared to pay higher prices than elsewhere. 4, Request signed GST invoice. I haven't been provided one when I payed 500 rupees cash for my second slot appointment. if a business highlights GST separately they can also produce an official proof. Conclusion: Next time I look carefully before booking a `celebrity` dermatologist. :)
