I had hair fall problem , visited to Clinic in September 2022 & Started treatment . i found results excellent now . Doctor and all staff are helpful , spoken friendly . I am very happy for this result and service of all staff is excellent give full support and she always help ... Best skin and hair care .

I visit in few days ago staf behaviour was not god. I ask in counter to provide printed bill which is RS- 1000 for doctor visiting charge he told me printer machin is not working I will give you next day then he collect my blood simple and also charged blood test amount which is RS- 2190 again I ask for bill they provide me some written bill without GST number I ask for proper bill but they did not provide and told me to printer machin not working. I revisit next day and I ask for proper bill they told me we will not provided printed bill. Also I ask to doctors to provide proper printed bill but doctors denied he told me we will not provide printed bill or we don't have a GSTINN number and doctors suggest me to if you required a bill then u can consult another doctor. Doctors behaviour and staf behaviour not god when you ask for Bill. Don't west your time then only collect money.

Dr is good.Worst behaviour of staff members, fully money minded, they are charging a good amount but the maintenance is very poor. They don't give preference to first cum first serve basis and send the patient as per their wish. Complete waste of time. Dr must change the staff especially one boy.

There is no problem with the doctor as such but the timing to get the appointment with the doctor is worse..The staff is very unprofessional and doesn't cooperate. Yesterday I had to go in the morning to get the appointment and the receptionist called me at 4PM . When I went in the evening she informed me that It is going be an online appointment. I had to show my reports and wanted to talk to the doctor regarding the medicines hence I was not okay with an online appointment. She didn't even care to inform me or ask me whether I want to opt for an online appointment. She refused to cancel my appointment and gave me my money back. I literally had to shout my lungs out and scare her to file a police complaint that she finally returned my money. FYI: Wanted to meet the doctor because obviously the medicines that he had prescribed had not worked for me.

Worst ever experience... The staff are completely unproffessional. They will call you at 9 AM but Doctor will visit after 11 AM only. I have visited here 4 times . But all experiences are worst. Doctor must take action and change his staff. The male staff present there ( bengali boy) does not know even how to talk. Suggestions: The appointment procedure must be changed. Be punctual of your time.Doctor himself is from Army but does not know the value of time. Shame. Immediate change of staff. Rest is on you . As of now I dont recommend any one ti visit here unless it is the last opton.

worst experience, you have to take the appointment at 9 o clock every day by paying Rs 1000/- in advance. if you want to take the appointment for tomorrow , you are going to pay Rs 1200/-. after waiting for so many hours, Dr will give you some tests, and will ask you to meet him with the test reports. after one or two days collecting all the reports of prescribed test when you are supposed to take his opinion, the actual game starts. sr ttestt riportt dikhaanaa hai / appointment lie the? nhiiN to kl subh aaie / acchaa sr meraa naam likh liijie, kl kaa appointment de diijie / baahr iNtj'aar kiijie / after waiting for one hour, you will be convinced that, you came to a wrong place. the peculiar behaviour of that blue dressed bengali person and the assistant girl will give you a dejected feelings. it is worst than any Govt hospital. please never visit this place for any reason.
