Had knee replacement surgery performed by Dr. Neeraj last year, and I'm extremely disappointed with the results. Knee has been consistently swollen and painful since the surgery. Despite multiple follow-up appointments, our concerns were often dismissed, and we didn't feel like being heard. It feels like the doctor was more interested in rushing through appointments than addressing our concerns. We never felt properly informed about the procedure or post-operative care and expected better from a specialist in this field. We regret choosing Dr. Neeraj as orthopaedic surgeon, and would advise others to seek alternative options for orthopedic procedures.

Hide all the major facts before surgery. Just did the surgery and don't even attends the problems encountered thereafter properly.

Best doctor ever. I had lost all my hope to get better due to complications in my knees. Doctor Neeraj Bansal not only performed excellent surgery but motivated me in positive manner. Always in debt of him. And I strongly disagree with people who label him as greedy. He is most accomodating doctor ever.Always available for patients. Dr. Neeraj Bansal is truly an exceptional doctor. My mother had been suffering from a knee infection for four years, we searched everywhere for a solution and my mother suffered a lot in the process but it was only Dr. Neeraj who was able to tackle such a complicated case. I am so thankful to him. He is genuinely a very kind and accomodating doctor who stands with his patients on every step of the way. I would like to tell you that I had a great experience with Dr Neeraj Bansal and his team at Orison hospital. It was 15th of August when mom had fallen & got her hip bone fractured. I got reference of Dr Neeraj, I called him knowing that it's national holiday and doc will not entertain me. However, he picked my call , listen to me patiently and explained everything. I was out of station. He just said send patient and i will take care. Very true to his words he took her care properly with his caring team. I highly recommend this doctor & hospital. Strictly NO for this doctor. Fraud. He is grossly unethical and has a thoroughly and purely commercial approach and has absolutely no care for patient interest. Driven by his greed, he performed a surgery on my close relative over-ruling basic pre-surgery tests showing Low Hb levels, Abnormal Sugar levels, Abnormal BP, strained liver and an impaired kidney and cognitive function on an 84 yr old person. He was so greedy that he insisted on Knee Replacement for both knees simultaneously. Further, he refused to acknowledge the problem to the patient in post-trauma stage. Patient had a painful death after 2 months. He is a thoroughly corrupt medical practitioner without any commitment to his profession. BEWARE FROM SUCH VULTURES, PROWLING IN THE NAME OF QUALIFIED DOCTORS AND DON'T ENTER HIS TRAP.
