DR MEENAKSHI'S SONOGRAPHY CENTRE - Diagnostic center in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I visited Dr Meenakshi's clinic recently for a scan. I found the clinic very neat and clean and the staff polite and helpful. The doctor was very professional in her approach. The conversation was restricted and consisted mainly of descriptions of ailments related to the scan. The toilet was clean and hygienic. The air conditioning inside the clinic was good. The report was delivered at the promised time. Overall a very good experience.

I wasn't going to post anything but for the sake of others health and hopefully some measures taken by the clinic I am writing this. I caught an UTI from the washroom visits as there was no sanitization despite many males and females using it one after the other ! the AC was on blast that left the pregnant women no option but to use the washroom often as one had to wait. Another horrible thing was they were using the same cloth for covering for everyone that gets tucked way underneath one's abdomen area and same was used for male and female - I was there for 1.5hours as I had been asked to wait (which was ok ) and I saw at least 7-8 patients go in and out without change of that cloth and after requesting a change of cloth they obliged and got a new cloth for my 3rd time scan in that visit. The doctor doesn't talk much or entertain questions but is thorough with her work so one can't complain but I would have definitely liked to be explained what I was seeing in the monitor regarding the baby which some radiologist do. I would request the clinic to take hygiene more seriously as some of the best doctors are recommending this place.

Staff lies big time, in your face... They are downright idiots and arrogant! To get you in the clinic they will promise all kind of random stuff like in-clinic blood collection, appointment times etc. When you actually reach, then a host of excuses will start. Worse, they will lie again in your face. Arrogance knows no bounds! Even to very humble older people they act as if they are doing a favor by charging money. You would already be worried about meeting doctor after meeting or talking with this bunch of hooligans, but luckily (and surprisingly at that), the doctor is a normal well-behaved knowledgeable and person with patience. P.S.: the words do not do justice to the staff. But stronger and more apt words would not have been suitable for a public review

Very informative staff and clean premises and Dr. Meenkashi is so kind and understanding, it took multiple attempts for me but they did it patiently and didn't charge me extra for multiple attempts over a week! Thank you for your efforts , highly recommend!

Excellent doctor, she is well expertise in her work. She understands the problem of my mom and gives the best advice. For having such a nice experience...... I highly recommend her to everyone....it is one of the best sonography centre.... staff is also very helpful and cooperative. Thankyou

The doctor was good, hence I am giving even these 2 stars. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not just to me but also to other patients there.This is not something one would expect in a healthcare center. And going by the reviews given by others here, it seems to be the norm in this clinic. Visit Hirandhani hospital. It's nearby this lab with good service.

bad service. Irresponsible receptionist. Will keep you waiting. Told me they will call and confirm appointment but they didn't and when tried contacting them they cut my calls. Bad service for the expensive service they render.
