Good service but insurance related documents/ Discharge summary process needs to be improved.
Good treatment. But the insurance team is of no use. Don't rely on the insurance guy to get you cashless treatment. He doesn't have experience to work on claim related stuffs. Also the hospital won't disclose you the exact charges until the final day.
Don't prefer this hospital, They are not able to diagnose the simple issue and then suggested for operation (for looting) also got admitted and charged for 35k..luckily my brother asked us to take second opinion from #GANGA hospital coimbatore. They clearly said, operation is not and it can cure by doing exercises with minimal medication..Now am doing very good and I spent only 2k for medication in #ganga hospital. Choose the right hospital for good treatment.
You will get patient I'd only if you go through surgery. They have charged 7500 for less than one day of stay, when we enquired for a patient summary and discharge summary they said you can get this only if more than 24 hrs of stay. i was left only with xray report and nothing more than that when I shifted my father to another hospital.

Wrost behavior from the desk office. The receptionist were not responding well for the patience queries. They were using inappropriate words during the phone call. Its not in a proper way. That irritates me a lot.
