Good hospitality... Keep it up
Very worst. Pls. Read this and decide to go the hospital, I taken my son 3days back for circumcision they not done it properly .2female junior doctors (very Young) of Dr. Ilango did it. One of the doctor is teaching to other while doing it,Stiches are not proper, it shapeless, they just took chance of getting training. Am so upset, how the hospital management allowing such doctors,they not even informed us procedure and not took any formality, just like once we entered within 5-10mins they started doing surgery, My son feels pain still Looking for complaining if my son suffers continuously to MCI or higher authority. How careless they are for simple surgery they not doing properly and not following the procedures, Not taken any sign or formality, Dr. Ilango and hospital management must look into it.They must feel of a father ,in life one time we do circumcision for child how eager we will be, we like to give best to our children's if it's not satisfied just think, Reception girl is clueless (looks confused all time) she not even said the doctors name when we asked she said I will check and tell atlast she not said, before we left from hospital the 2doctors left suddenly after finishing the surgery (seems they are from other clinic) .No proper computarised bill. Just a manual receipt. Pharmacy sending reception us to collect the slip of what all used for surgery to bill it. Totally least bothered of patients hospital. It's not a review /statement it's my pain. Pls don't go. Save your life.
Fraud Hospital : I have admitted my father (IP No: 3438) at hospital for vomiting & breathing issue. They have charged me 1.6 Lacs. When I asked for more detailed on billing, they produced all fake bills by changing the numbers in the case sheet. Hospital Billing team is very worst and they are very arrogant.
Had been to this hospital in September 2021 and 1 week back. Dr.Muthukumaran was very much dedicated and highly professional. Your services to mankind is highly appreciated. Keep up the good work guys
Worst hospital don't take treatment here. Duty doctor and nurses very arrogant and not attending patients even after many calls. Also they charge more on medicines. Duty nurses don't even know the history of patients and they have no experience for emergency care. My humble request is not to take treatment here then you will really lose hope
My mother was admitted for Bariatric surgery and it became a complicated 11hrs operation. Dr. Ilango has committed to cure my mother and shown a high level of professionalism. All the ICU Nurses, laboratory staffs, pharmacy staffs, ambulance guys, cleaning staffs and other Hospital staffs (even the receptionist) were very supportive during the entire course of treatment except one male nurse during night shift who was careless and one night duty Junior doctor. The treatment became expensive, but I felt worth spending because of Dr. Ilango and all visiting Doctors expert treatment and Nurses care.
Very very worst management, receptionist don't nothing about billing they calling a dozens of people to clarify the bill amount but I came In package amount...but the receptionist charged above the package amount 10k extra..BUT THE MEANWHILE THE DOCTORS WERE PERFECT THEY DONE THEIR JOB WELL. Because of staffs the goodwill of the hospital flys....MONEY MINDED HOSPITAL THEY TRY TO GET MONEY FROM US AS MUCH THEY CAN....
Worst hospital ever I seen. All the attendants are low level mentality... Forced to buy medicines from their pharmacy only which is 100 times higher than KALKI pharmacy. Looters! Looters!! Looters!!!
