Dr Vivek- best physiotherapist I could have met. He treated me for my knee pains and the results were magical. I wasn't expecting those kind of results as I had given up on my pain getting treatment from other doctors who convinced me to live with that pain. Dr kakkar treats patients with lot of empathy and gives the best treatment. He is abreast on latest happening in the medical field and is quite knowledgeable. I salute his dedication to his patients.

Dr Vivek Kakkar and Dr Komal both are one of the best doctors that I got treated. I have stayed in multiple Metro cities and I can say without any qualms that Dr Kakkars are best. They get to the root cause of the problem and don't work on symptomatic issues. Their dedication for the patients are worth praising. They genuine want the patient to be cured very quickly and permanently, so that he doesn't get similar issues again for the lifetime. One should definitely visit/consultant them for long term beneficial treatments.

I was suffering from shoulder pain. I came across Dr Vivek's clinic through online reviews on Google. Seeing all the positive reviews, I thought of visiting the clinic. During my first consultation, Dr Vivek started talking a lot about different things unrelated to my actual problem. He started digging the family history and linking my pain to various other things. He is very manipulative and good at talking that anyone would fall for his words. There were no other patients, so he kept on talking for 2 hours. I, myself, started doubting as I have never seen a Dr doing this before. But I continued listening to him. He suggested he will do a quick examination and a small session of 30mins. He promised my pain will completely vanish after the session. I was totally unaware of what I was getting into. I had checked for the fees before even coming to the clinic and Dr said the fees was 2000 INR. But after the consultation, he charged me 10,500 INR. I was shocked hearing this fee. It's totally unfair to charge patients this high without even letting them know in advance, I felt cheated. Moreover, my pain didn't reduce at all. I waited for 3-4 weeks to see if there is any difference in the pain, but to no avail. Ultimately, I had to consult another Ortho for my pain. I simply wasted 10k at Dr Vivek's clinic, IT IS TOTALLY A MONEY MAKING BUSINESS HERE. Please be aware and do not fall into this trap. I am doubting all the positive reviews on Google, I don't think these are genuine reviews.

Dr Vivek Kakkar has outstanding technical knowledge & an excellent Physiotherapist. My daughter knee pain concern was resolved in such an ease that I was really surprised because as per doctors it was not curable. He has vast collection of all sort of equipment's along with good supporting staff. It seems he can cure all sort of pains by his Physiotherapy.

Dr. Kakkar charged an exorbitant amount for each session, far beyond what is reasonable for the services provided. This blatant price gouging left a sour taste in my mouth, as it seemed that he prioritized profiting from his patients rather than genuinely helping them improve their health. Very bad experience while counseling..I am spinal cord injury patient and Dr. Vivek has not done any kind of assessment and he is the first doctor who asked me my annual package and the way he did counseling is not like doctors.also he was not interested in checking my injury reports. I am going for treatment in bkc currently and the place where I am going currently is very much big rehab centre with all modern equipments and then also they are charging half of the price as compared to Dr. Kakkar's clinic, but I am facing time issue to visit that bkc center so i thought I will visit dr.kakkar's clinic but here his fees is too high.i would never recommend Dr.kakkar to anyone.

Summary - The treatment will help you, but its way tooooo costly by any metric. You can get better rates at clinics located in even the most posh areas of Mumbai. Dr Kakkar is a NO NO, ask for some other doctor in the clinic, they are way better at treating you. Treatment - 8/10 Value for Money - 1/10 Full Story - I reached with a case of very intense mid back pain. Dr Kakkar was not much interested to listen. He was more like... How much money you have dude... I tried narrating my story a few times, but to no avail. He was very very eager to just leave his seat and direct me towards the payment machine. They directed me to a machine with very fancy name and charged a whooping Rs 5500 for that. They did told me the charges, but I was not shre about the machine. In the moment of extreme pain, I was up for anything that can grant me relief. Later on after seeing the machine I came to knew that it is the same machine where I once took my aunt for a session at Rs 500 in a very famous clinic(where even National Hockey team players come for therapy) in Delhi a few months ago. So basically he sensed my need of urgency and charged accordingly. Other doctors in the clinic are supportive and gave me an exercise routine. It helped. So my basic concern is the way they charge exorbitantly for even the basic stuff that is available at very low costs in even the top clicks in Mumbai's posh areas. After a single visit, I felt looted at end when I came to know that they charged me way toooo much compared to any clinic. If you have a lot of money and are looking for a place to dump it, do visit. Note: The clinic is situated in top floor of the building. Hard to locate the entrance. Only one of the two elevators in the building goes to that floor. Kindly ask the reception, they will guide.
