WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!! I went to this dentist as I had cracked a tooth. She gave me root canal treatment which has ended with me being infected and needing treatment to fix it. I saw a dental specialist in Australia who told me the root canal surgery has been unsuccessful due to not being done very well and looks like a blunt instrument was used. To add to this Dr Durgesh gave me 3 X the amount of antibiotics needed for a preventative dose it made me ill for weeks, even though I'd explained to her that I hadn't taken any medication for 12 years and I've subsequently found out this isn't even needed. I was to ill to go back for them to fix it before I left India and Im so relieved I didn't go back there as it needs to be fixed in a sterile environment by a dental surgeon. The toilet door opens directly into the treatment area, literally next to the treatment seat, it's discusting. Her lack of knowledge with regards to using antibiotics was absolutely shocking. I tried to talk to her about it she would not listen at all and accused me of being rude when I complained and begged her not to do this to any other patients she then blocked me on whatsapp. She also told me I needed thirteen filings which changed to seven at my next appointment she must have forgotten what she originally told me. She was also using the phone whilst treating me and was annoyed when I asked her to change her gloves. The whole experience has been an absolute nightmare and will cost me a fortune to get out right. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!! I wish I would have but have learnt a very expensive, painful lesson. I highly recommend you find another dentist.

I'm from the UK and had 3 dental implants here. Great clinic and great work. Finished products were good and look great. Defo up to European standards. Only things they need to work on is better communication and timekeeping.

Friendly dentist and staff, but I am very disappointed by the lack of knowledge and holistic approaches. I was in a lot of pain but the only option I was offered was root canal treatment with antibiotics, which wasn't really an option at all for me. Can't be compared to Biological and holistic dentists in Europe, who even refuses to do root canal treatment, knowing how damaging it is to the whole body. I'd rather pay 8 times the amount and get treatment that doesn't ruin my body.

I went for an appointment to do a filling on a front tooth, I would say that the doctor did a good job here. After that she asked me to do 5 new fillings because my old ones are broken or not that good anymore. As I wanted to get a check up from another dentist and another opinion, nothing is to do. There isn't any filling who needs to be done newly. Luckily I went to another dentist which I can trust and who doesn't try to get money out of a patient!

After a checkup, several fillings, a clean and teeth whitening procedure while backpacking India from Australia I can confidently say that Dr Durgesh is a fantastic dentist.
