Worst Experience no proper timings and treatment the management and the doctor itself is greedy and not looking for the patient, I have reached there @11am and i came back @7pm because he was not available there....

Very bad It's very bad, they always care about how good the doctor is, the staff is 2 times worse than that, they don't even listen to anyone except what they say, it's a very useless staff, they give a lot.

He doesn't care about patient just need to listen him forcefully and will make you to come regular, not a good doctor for liver in case if you are looking for permanent liver solution.

He has very less knowledge about liver, but still thinks that he is the best. It's better to visit a professional doc who has good knowledge in his/her field. I went to him for Hepatitis B treatment for which he gave me a medicine, when I went for second opinion in Delhi's ILBS all the doc which I meet in the course of 4 to 5 years said you should have not started the medicine. Because of him now I have to eat that medicine through my life else it could effect my liver, therefore recommending to all not to go to him.

Issue not solved even after multiple appointments. Takes too long to even get an appointment. Bad experience.

Worst hospital of Agra, waiting time is huge. They give appointment and then leave patient waiting for hours. I have been here, patient who have come 9am gets treatment by 7 to 8 pm or even next day. Inadequate time management by Doctors, they charge Rs 600 for OPD but have not valve for the patient. Specially Dr. Sameer Taneja is rude and doesn't respect anyone.
