Many of you may know him as a well experienced and prominent doctor . My experience with him is completely different though ! I visited his clinic on 3rd February 2021 with a complaint of ear fullness , minor ear pain and so on . The helper of his clinic told me to note down my problems on a paper and I did so . I thought it was because to take the record. Then my number came and entered the room . The doctor read my problems in the paper and found it was because of deposition of excess ear wax . He decided to wash my both ears . During this I have asked him few questions and about my usage of ear softening drops and each and every time he gazed at me and his assistant was telling him loudly and then might be he realised but didn't replied . I found it very clear that he can't hear properly actually and the reason of writing my problems in a paper is because he can understand it by reading . Till now it's ok ! I have no problem with that . He inserted some soap water or maybe peroxide(i am not sure what was that) several times in my both ears (one at each) and by using a instrument he pullout out the wax . I found that both my ears filled with water and I told him so . He used a pointed instrument and inserted it into my left ear and because of his old-age or maybe shaking hand he had successfully injured my left inner ear . I started feeling pain and there was a bleeding also inside my ear . I told him and he pointlessly denied by saying it that I myself had done it by my finger !!! Ohhh really !!! I felt the pain when he forcefully pulled it back and even there was blood in that instrument then how could I do it by my finger...At least he could blame me because of my shaking head it was done would be much more logical to supress his mis-management his stupidity . He charged me rs 1000 writing some pain killer and drops in the prescription because of his mess ! If anything wrong happen with me I will be happy to lodge a official police complaint against him . He was may be a good doctor at one time but old age( approx 75 years old he is) destroyed everything and he is not at all efficient now . If you have any option nearby you then prefer to go there. Don't come here if you love your organs.
He is a good consulting doctor for any kind of ENT problems. And one of the best around Chonsurah and Chandannagare. There is a kind of rush of patients for sure. So keep a good amount of time in your hand.
