Third class Behaviour or Staff amd Doctor.... Don't Even deserve a single star to be reviewed... Really a Worst place. Pragnent womens who visited there were made to stand on the road in palce of giving them a seat so that their wet floor don't get dirty... Patients were suffering from pain but but their staff want to keep the floor clean.... This should not be tolerated... The guard said he is forced to do so by the doctor...

I recently visited Dr. Chikhlikar Scan & Research Center for a CT scan. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from the staff. When I arrived at the center, I was greeted by a receptionist who was very rude and dismissive. She rolled her eyes when I asked her a question, and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The CT scan technician was also very rude. He didn't explain the procedure to me, and he was very impatient. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from here. I would not recommend this center to anyone. Here are some specific examples of the rude behavior I experienced: The receptionist rolled her eyes when I asked her a question. The CT scan technician didn't explain the procedure to me. The CT scan technician was very impatient and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I would like to request that Dr. Chikhlikar Scan & Research Center take steps to improve the customer service provided by their staff. I believe that all patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope that my feedback will be helpful in improving the customer service at Dr. Chikhlikar Scan & Research Center.

Excellent Very interesting and helpful service. Personally, I think this service is great. Superb medical facility with kind, knowledgable staff. The whole establishment, from management to employees, is really helpful. An excellent choice for scheduling in advance on a case-by-case basis.

Don't go there, worst place. Owner will show himself as the busiest person. They have posters of different UPI qr codes on their front desk, but, they won't allow you to pay online. Even they denied to take bank account transfer. They asked to pay in cash. Who asks for cash these days. I was in lot of pain, somehow I arranged cash. Staff behaviour was too rude. They don't deserve one star. Its better to go somewhere else than this place.
