Dr Bhaskar Das - Orthopedic surgeon in Chandannagar - Hooghly, India

Place is accessible by road, around 3 kms from chandannagar ferry ghat. Place is called Gopal bag . A residencial area . Appointment System is poor. Step1- come at around 6:30 am in morning at the doctor's residence. There you will find a paper slip of 4x10 cm. Write your name serially on it . Step2- revisit doctor's residence at 3:30 pm sharp, where the attendent rewrite the names written on the paper and takes the visiting fee (rs400). * Make sure to come in time otherwise your name will be void. Step3- again visit the doctor's residence at 5:00 pm on the same day. It is when the Dr. Sees you.

Thanks to Dr Bhaskar das for the wonderful treatment of my father way back in 2013, From medicines, operations and physiotherapy.. my father is absolutely fine and doing okay.. whereas others were doubtful whether he might be able to walk properly...

I completely lost my ability to walk due to weakness and pain in my right knee. He said that I am intentionally not walking. Later consulted another doctor, who figured out that I had damaged tendon. It took almost two years for complete recovery. But to Dr. Bhaskar, I was pretending my pain and weakness. Moreover, continuous interruptions by assistants during checkup is an additional issue. Not recommended at all.

Overall my experience was great

Appointment system is too Bad. At first go to dr house 7 o clock and write your name in a Paper there after wait up to 8 A.M then pay Dr Visiting fee. Dr will come in chamber at 10:30. A.M.
