DR Belhos Clinic - Medical clinic in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

Too bad .... Staffs are extremely rude & always in the phone , I'm 6months pregnant and made me wait for 8hours and still after that couldn't meet the doctor so around nearly 6pm , I took my stuffs and left ... not only me but lots of pregnant ladies having trouble because so waiting there since morning. I don't recommend this clinic for your on safety ... never going there again

The one star is not for the clinic but for the staffs. The staffs are very rude and lazy. They were unbothered about our problems, and one was just playing games on her phone the whole time we were talking. I don't want to talk negatively about our bothers and sisters, but their attitude was just too much to take in.

Doctor was good but the staff were very rude n oversmart. Don't want to visit again.

Positive points: clean n organized hospital, doctor is kind n friendly. Negative points: takes too much time between booking slot n meeting the doctor. Also, after submitting all the test reports she doesn't meet us again in person but sends the feedback through the attendant which made me very disappointed as we have many queries n doubts to clarify. After spending so much money n time, this is not what I wanted!

The staff was rude and was very casual with their behavior. I visited around 9.30 and was there till 10.30AM, but there was no gynaecologist available. The registration department had no clue when will doctor arrive and told me just to sit and wait. Really unprofessional behavior.

Attendance and nurse's are very rude and lazy. Went there for the very first time didn't know which way lead to which room, they never guide you where to go though they are all free and just playing with their phones.if you have done any any kind of blood test,and waiting for the result for hour if you don't go by yourself to asked them again and again they won't tell you though you are sitting near them ..and most shockingly nurse come out with the report and read out in front of all .i have haven't come across such kind of manner in any hospital or clinic. One need to wait for 4 /5 hours to see the doctor ... Overall Dr is very friendly.

Their service is really pathetic. It's just that there are very few gynecologists in Dimapur, people are forced to visit here. Reception staffs are extremely lazy and rude, they are not all helpful. They don't accept phone call appointment. We need to visit the clinic and then only book the appointment. They are still very backward, living in 18th century. Why don't they use the phone facilities for appointment? And to make matters worse, they give the appointment slot only after taking the payment, which of course won't be good. Why don't they tell us the slots available and then ask us to choose according to our convenience and we could make the payment? In my case, we came twice just to book the appointment. We came in the afternoon on the first day. The receptionist told us she couldn't give the appointment for the next day. So asked us to come the next day morning. So we came at 8 AM next day. And after making the payment, we got the appointment, but no slots. Staff simply told us that the doctor would come by 12 PM, and we should come by then. We came at 12 PM, but we had to wait for 4.5 hours. We met the doctor only at 4.30 PM. Not just that, the doctor quietly called 2 or 3 patients go before us. They didn't even ask for our consent. This is just to too terrible. Just too pathetic. It's lose of time, money and energy.

Nurses were rude and oversmart indeed....
