I was suffering from severe hairloss since last year, after consulting Dr Batra's...My hairfall is controlled. Dr Dinkar is very supportive and is doing my treatment very well ... medicine and therapy which I m getting is very helpful and is showing its result......You must visit once if you have hairfall issues.

Poor services, they ask for 1 year payment in advance, then they don't care if the treatment is going in right direction or not, they gave me wrong medicines for initial 3 months which made my condition worse. After multiple complains in head office mumbai they changed the doctor, but till then my sebborheic dermatitis became worse and the doctor told me to extend the treatment for 3 more months , basically they were convincing me to pay for more and more time. But i was having extreme hairfall due to their wrong medication, so i insisted to discontinue the treatment and refund the balance money. But after that they stopped taking my calls, text ,mails. when i visited this place, doctor denied to meet & sent the msg through the receptionist that amount can't be refunded and don't wait here as the doctor is busy, although there was not a single patient was there.receptionist constantly told me to leave from there. So plz don't give your hard earned money to these frauds. They don't solve problem, they create problems first then pretend to do the treatment.

Dr batra bhilai.... Best hair treatment... Improving quality, quantity n density of hairs..... Staff are also very co operative

One word for Dr. Batra - Fraud. They take huge amount in advance, then don't care about patients. Their medicines have extreme side effects, which caused me huge hair loss, they didn't took responsibility of it & blamed it all on my vegetarian diet. Though i took all the supplements they suggested me- vitamin B,C,D,multivitamin,seeds etc. But they ignored me when the side effects became quite evident & my hair loss was scary! They denied the refund. No reply to mails, calls. So my suggestion Never risk your hair by going for treatment to this place! Regret is what i am going through right now .
