Had a good experience. Dr Sejal and Dr Kavita are both experienced and well informed. The BFit program is good, with the Nutritionist, Exercise Consultant and Doctor keeping tabs and repeatedly tracking progress. They do not have exorbitant expectations, and helped work out a diet plan according to what is possible. A good experience so far.

I recently had a highly frustrating experience First and foremost, my scheduled appointment was delayed by a staggering amount of time. I arrived promptly, expecting to be seen at the designated time. However, I was made to wait for an exorbitant period without any explanation or apology. Not only is this disrespectful, but it also shows a lack of consideration for patients' busy schedules. And even after all this and 2 years of treatment there was still no improvement in the condition which is totally dissatisfaction.
