Professional doctor handling kids with utmost care. You will hear only truth from the doctor, in case parents are at fault, doctor points it out clearly. Clinic has good waiting area in case you have to wait due to rush or doctor is engaged in some emergency. From my experience doctor is very punctual and he will not write unnecessary tests or medicines. Medicine shop is there but it's optional, not mandatory to buy medicines from there.

My son was born during covid. Dr. Arun forced us take our 1 day old baby to his clinic for BGC vaccination. We requested him to vaccinate the new born in hospital's OPD. He rudely refused saying he could not bring the vacination here. We are living in a era where organs are transported within cities leave vaccinations. The worst part is it was our first child and due to lack of experience we took him out without informing the hospital risking the new born getting infected by covid. If he would have written any of this nonsense on his letter head, I would have made sure his license was cancelled.

Dr Arun have good experience but I am disappointed due to following reasons :- 1) If patients are sitting at clinic after prior appointment. Dr Ignore patients and goes to outside for hours. 2) Medical test also available at high rate. There is no scope of discount. 3) all medicines are available at MRP at clinic. Although medicine are available in market at cheaper rate. 4) Every visit (even next day of treatment) dr charged fee. 5) clinic is not allotted the appointment number. 5) If you want to pay consultancy fee through credit card or debit card, the clinic demands 2% extra charge with OPD fee. I had a disappointing experience at the doctor's office today. Despite waiting for 1.5 hours, the doctor never showed up. The staff was quite unhelpful and seemed to disregard the importance of other people's time. According to the receptionist, he had to leave for an urgent case. However, it would have been appreciated if they had communicated the accurate information to the patients who were waiting. Patients continue to wait for the doctor, and the receptionist mentioned "yahan aisa hi hota hai" If you have a problem, you can seek assistance elsewhere.

I am very thankful by core of my heart to Dr. Arun for helping and saving life of my daughter. I went to him at late night 11.30pm in very serious condition. At late hours he attended my daughter and gave one injection. My daughter recovered in three days. Society needs such kind doctors. Thanks again to sir.

I won't recommend this doctor at all. He always tries to make money and charge a high fees. My baby was critically ill and he came to his clinic 2 hours late. Not at all punctual and just want money. Bhagwan se daro. Please visit other doctor who really focus on patients not on money.
