Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital - Hospital in Salem - Salem, India

Really surprised with this hospital, Amazing staffs, kids friendly, automated and has a huge waiting area. You get yourself registered at Ground floor, wait for them to call your name, you might get directed to 1st or 2nd floor to continue. 3rd floor has a small pantry and a dining area. It is for doctors and staff but now it's also for the public. Over all, it was fantastic. Except one thing which is patients medical records were on the desks, boxes, floors and window area in 1st floor reception desk, it would be great for such a well planned hospital to have a place for medical records.

Negatives : Reception staffs are not little rude and not listening to the queries properly. Not able to contact the hospital through Phone or mobile for appointments and queries. We need to go to hospital to make appointments. Phones are not working properly and no one is picking on the alternate given numbers. It takes atleast 2 hours to meet the doctor even for quick follow-up check ups. Appointment process needs to be normalized and patient waiting time should be reduced. Positive: Teatements are good and high end medical equipments. Latest treatments are also Available.

The counsellor planning was very wrost.She was not care about patient's.Waste of sitting for much more time.So,waste of ONE DAY.The highlights of before a day appointment was get it but no use waste on the day. I have request to please,tell about the original situation.ex:process going waiting time for no issue.but,she is think about otherwork not response for patients. I have been tell one small . Enyone process don't know ask for the right person. Save for time and avoid for wrong process and everyone patients waste of waiting..

I recently visited Dr. Agarwal Hospital, and I must say, I had a disappointing experience with the REGISTRATION STAFF. The registration lady's behavior was very rude, which made me uncomfortable. It's important for any hospital to have a welcoming and respectful atmosphere, and unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit. I hope the hospital management can address such issues for the betterment of patient experiences.

Horrible... Please teach the staffs to behave softly to the children and appoint adequate refractionists... Each station there was a waiting period of more than 30 minutes and the staffs don't even bother to explain what next to the patient.. they simply direct upstairs n downstairs...will never visit in my life time
