Nice place to chill out, with serene calmness. Excellent for stay, especially for the filming crew, boys outdoor, girls outdoor, corporates chill out, who are looking for a privacy for their group activity. It's a 10 acres huge property in land area, with laterite fencing, parking inside the property, and built in lavish Portuguese villa. Special rooms available. Most of the rooms are equipped with kitchenette for budget travellers cum home cooks. In house, is, restaurant, bar, and kitchen. Owner, Diego, is a friendly nice person, always ready for service and extra help.
It was far above expectations.. totally value for money , staff was very polite and even they upgraded our room from non-AC to AC without any extra cost. thanks for this. I would definitely recommend to all who are looking for some good hotel for staying at a decent price.Good place for group party ,music system and dj also available.
Rates for the food and drinks are so so moderate. Vintage structure and interiors. Location and surroundings are so peaceful. Above all, the staff and owner is so amicable and helpful all the time. Overall a perfect stay for anyone who wants to stay in North Goa! :)
Diego and his Mrs. do a fab job running this place. If you're looking for a quaint Portuguese style house in a serene setting in North Goa, this has to be the place. He has everything, right from a bar equipped with Urak and his cooks do a great job as well. The room rates here are a steal for the quality and service. A must visit !!
This is one of the pathetic hotel we have visited recently. The service they have offered were so poor that comparatively the basic hotel offers better service. The rooms were not cleaned so not at all recommended for families with kids. Lot of dust in the rooms. Bedsheets were not clean. The food was not Upto the mark. As it's remotely located you don't have other choice. Overall we had bad time there.
We were very excited after seeing Posted Review & uploaded photographs..... BUT WE ARE DISAPPOINTED.... 1. Service....very very poor.. 2. Room Service Pathetic..... 3. Food Not up to the mark.... 4. The room's toilets were in very bad condition. 5. The Only thing which OK is Ambiance...but all lighting was not working what was there in the uploaded photos. The worst thing they did was, told us to check out in 15 min & next 2 hrs no one check-in. We were having kids(ages 1.5yrs to 4 yrs) with us.

To start with the basics which lead to whole bad experience at this property.. Reached dpedro on 12 dec. mrng, the start itself was bad as the rooms weren't clean.. clean to start from basic brooming was not done, they took 30 mins. to set up the rooms They knew our arrival time as our ppl were in touch with them on timely basis yet the rooms weren't ready until arrival We were a grp of 16 ppl including kids, hence the basics were expected to b in place unfortunately they din bother.. We spent the whole day on beach n only spent evenings here, after a tiry day all a person expects is comfort which was not taken care.. I had to ask for extra towels, they provided only 6 towels for a grp of 16 ppl which was quite weird.. To add an negative point, there was eve when we asked the house keeper to clean the livingroom on which he literally gave us a broom in our hand n went.. who does that?? The worst part is, they din clarify check out time, at 1045 am this person tells us to checkout by 11am, we were highly frustrated and we actually pushed all our stuff n left the rooms within 10mins. A very disappointing experience, I do travel quite often but din experience such things even at a budget hotel.. the approach to customer service was 0.. I can't give negative markings, so 1* to the overall stay!
Time of arrival , even after in touch with their staff in advance for check in the rooms were full of dust. Every day we returned to house we had ask for clean up..One day they did height by just keeping broom outside the room. Do guest suppose to clean up ? Every time Tea was served in cold condition. The veg thali ordered for my wife was without Daal.This was terrible experience i had for veg eater. The hot water was available only after we demand. Towels were given only after we requested. Customer service was totally neglected . Will never recomend for family stay. Last day we were asked to vacate the place before our agreed time. We were having three infants with us boss...that was a great mistake Dpedro staff has done .
