There are seven floors, the lift does not work efficiently, if there is an escalator, it is only up to four floors The mall is very narrow, gents toilet is only on the third floor, if it is an elevator, you can only go there, if you want to come down, you have to wait for the elevator or go down through the staircase. Food court nice , there is chiking in ground floor large space for parking There is not even a decent seat inside the mall, the floor space is very less

The mall is large, spotless, and well-kept. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Although the prices are unreasonable, they occasionally provide good discounts and deals.

I had the pleasure of visiting Downtown Mall last weekend. This mall boasts a diverse range of amenities, including a mobile shop stocked with the latest smartphones and accessories, a food section featuring a variety of cuisines and snacks, a well-stocked supermarket offering fresh produce and groceries, a lively kids' game section with arcade games and rides, a comfortable movie theater, and even an outlet of Max, where you can find trendy clothes and accessories. The mall impresses with its spacious, clean, and well-maintained environment. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, although the prices are on the higher side, but they do occasionally offer enticing discounts and promotions. All in all, my visit to the mall was thoroughly enjoyable, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fun and convenient shopping experience.

An okay-ish mall in Thalassery. Has a lot of branded apparel shops, a restaurant and a movie theatre. A floor with games is also available. Good place to buy clothes than hangout. Parking is available in the basement.

So if you're planning to watch movies , come earlier otherwise you'd be stuck in traffic for eternity - No proper launges inside the mall to relax

Escalator and lift are also available. It is a very clean mall to hangout and enjoy some time while get shopping done as well. They also have ample parking space as well
