Wonderful Hotel. The pool was sparkling clean and the food was awesome. Complimentary breakfast has so many options to choose from. The front office staff were very friendly and supportive. Welcome cookies and sweets given to us were wonderful gestures. We were allowed to access the pool while rooms were getting ready as we arrived. In the evening the puppet shows and live sitar was played at the main lobby which was soothing. The main lobby is huge and excellent.

The hotel has an excellent location. Rooms are fine. Staff is warm and courteous. Food preparation is very average. They have included small activities such as puppet show, magic show etc for entertainment of kids. Will be better if the programs and schedule are provided in the rooms. Rush hour management needs to be better at restaurants

This is a lovely place, really enjoyed the friendly staff and service. Can improve on cleanliness, after informing the front desk of this they provided a complimentary dinner which was awesome. Thank you enjoyed my stay

Hotel room was in bad condition & dirty. Mirrors and surfaces were clearly never cleaned with a wet wipe. After asking the reception 3 times to resend housekeeping they finally did at 6 in the evening (checked in at around 1) Asked the front desk for a hair dryer because there was none in the room. Only cost me 3 calls and 50minutes to get one- ridiculous. Breakfast was crowded and not well maintained. Table clothes were dirty. Overall amenities looked like they have been used by 1000+ people and never maintained. Expected way more from a Hilton hotel. PSA this is an Indian wedding hotel. If they have a wedding planned you won't get any sleep until 12/12.30 which is okay imho but if you need to stay somewhere for business you might wanna reconsider.

The hotel is beautiful, just like the room, equipped and consistent with the description. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The infinity pool was superb as well as the facilities. We had a very warm welcome from all the staff who are very accommodating and smiling. We dined in both restaurants and we particularly loved the Indian restaurant where we tasted delicious dishes. The chefs cooked in front of us. We had a very good experience

Excellent stay at the Hilton Agra. Hotel is at a very good location quite close to the Taj Mahal. Rooms were spacious and well maintained while the service was excellent throughout. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with a wide variety of options. Overall will definitely recommend for people looking for a short stay in the city.

I recently stayed at a Double tree by Hilton hotel that left me thoroughly impressed. The highlight of my stay was definitely the fantastic pool - it was clean, spacious, and provided a perfect escape from the summer heat. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also a delightful surprise; Overall, a great experience with a good pool and wonderful food!
