Doon Metro Hotel - Hotel in Baddi - Solan, India

Hotel Manager is a nice person and helpful. Rooms are neat and tidy but not so comfortable due to shower issue and no any toiletries are available

Nic hotel with low price best service staff behaviour is also good I highly recommend this hotel

Poor. I stayed for long in their Deluxe room. Light and Exhaust fan both not working. They don't have basic amenities such as hair oil, kettle etc. They have only 2-3 items daily in their breakfast that too not buffet. Taking more than one parantha costs you. Reception (room service) most of the times don't attend calls.

Good experience Rooms proper clean and food very delicious Such a good place..

It's better than other hotels in this price range in baddi.

I hope there was zero star option , a big NO to DOON METRO Hotel I will tell my experience in detail1. The rooms are not maintained at all2. When the person came to know that we booked, he told you got the hotel at a very cheap rate so he gave me the shabbiest room of all. 3. I booked the higher category of room but still it was too bad 4. The toilet seat was very dirty and not cleaned5. The bathroom door latch was not there so we cannot lock the bathroom 6. As mentioned mineral water was an add-on but we were charged for that. 7.The hotel staff is so unprofessional that i told him to stay at the door but he directly comes inside 8.The wifi of hotel is not coming inside the room if you shut the door but wifi of other hotel is coming in the room 7. Your security is dependant on the cello tape pasted on the main door8.There is no even basic facilities like electric kettle, when asked they bluntly say no. IF YOU STILL LIKE TO TAKE THE RISK ,MAY GOD PROTECT YOU.

Not very clean but for a low budget hotel it's fine. The staff is very cooperative, the hotel has very low amenities. not really recommended for business stay. Not very amenities, construction is going on so not really quite, food laundry service not available.
