Joy is a very decent and hardworking barber of this Hair studio. He is my son's favorite and other's favorite too. Plz don't loose him. Love this place.

I am an old customer of Donadi from my college life and visited donas plenty of time. But let me share my experience with dona's studio in Amratalagali. The lady professionals are very polite and humble. But in the haircut section I had very bad experience. I used to visit frequently for me and my sons haircut. Firstly if you are a middle aged woman they won't entertain you and will make you wait for longer time and will assign someone less experienced. Specifically Biswa named person behavior was not professional. Once I went with my son and needed to get some service too in the afternoon around 12:30.I informed biswa for haircut he asked me to make my son wait after two haircut he will be taken care of. Also I have been informed to get done with my services and once my son is done he will com to me. I agreed. Later I came down at 2:45 and saw he was still waiting and no one touched his hair rather I saw new people were being taken care of who were not there when we entered!! I came out and didn't go there since then. I felt that was really unprofessional way to handle customer's based on age and preference. Hope @dona di you check these comments cause there will many customers like me who are being treated like this. We are going to get a paid service and expect professional behavior not negative comments to sell products that will make us less confident and beautiful. For my haircut also they start pushing each other cause the so called smart hair stylists will only touch young beautiful girls hair and the people who are new will be assigned with the rest. Unbelievable experience I had. And I can't believe this kind of behavior in front of a customer in place like this.

Recently I visited Dona kalyani branch , let me share with you my experience.. I wanted to do a haircut and spa from the very beginning which in the welcome catalogue price was (350+800).The hairstylist Mr.prasant looking at my hair suggested that, I am having very dull and fragile hair, the cut which I wanted would look very dull, the outcome would be worst,they suggested to do a keratin treatment which was costing 5000, I refused.They insisted to do something high in range (keratin , smoothing,botox etc),so that the outcome will be long lasting. Later they convinced me to have hair spa with a high range product from davines which costed1750.I agreed. Then comes the crucial reality. MR.prasant washed my hair simultaneously managed other clients too. I have done Hair-Spa from other places too, but applying little products that too with hand while washing infront of wash basin was not I was expecting. I asked repeatedly mr Prashant that,how can they apply so less product that too with hand for hair spa, you must use proper product with brush and apply it parting and sectioning hair each hair strands. The thing is when you are at wash basin you have no idea what's happening behind your back . When I took my stand he started offering tea and coffee ( what a joke!). Later comes the point of cutting my hair, he again said that full hair layers won't be possible even after doing Hair-Spa . I aggred again.Even on the half way came a man,who said my bill was 2050, and I need to pay cash right then in middle of the service to exclude 18% GST.I refused because I was running low on cash, I gave him cash of INR 1000 in middle of the hair cut and in pos machine 1050 to get rid of 18%gst. Later after setting my hair, and coming back home, my hair length was cut very short and is even more frizzy than it used to be.Dear Dona, I am very much unsatisfied with the way you handle your customer, and think to add on services whenever they visit you.

Good place to have a hair cut, coloring etc. Personnels are adequately trained & well behaved.

They don't want to use online transaction, why? Is this due to avoid bank transaction which reflect total income.

Taken services of Pedicure and Manicure. Highly recommended. Excellent Service
