Pizza and garlic bread were super delicious but the service was not so good. They gave our order to someone else without confirming and didn't even apologise for that.

As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations from a well-established brand like Domino's. Sadly, they failed to meet even the basic standards of timely delivery and customer communication. The lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' time is simply unacceptable. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I cannot recommend Domino's to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient pizza delivery service. There are plenty of other options out there that value their customers' time and satisfaction. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts Domino's to improve their delivery processes and customer service. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
