Update: I upgraded the rating today from 3 to 5 after seeing an improvement in its services over a period of time. I found the workers polite, committed and proactive. The preparation was amazing unlike my experience in the past. They all have taken the business to a new height. Visit the store and see the change. Business is not just about profit. It is also about providing prompt service, maintaining good quality, keeping everything organized, and elevating cleanliness and hygiene. This outlet scores low on all these parameters. When I went there, I loved the ambience inside and outside. But it took a lot of time for the staff to take the order. The pizzas were not properly baked and my kids developed an aversion to Domino's pizza after having this. I am sure the management will do the needful to raise the standard of service and pizzas. Proper management of the staff with firm instructions is what is needed here the most. I saw a bottle of hand sanitizer outside, but the management must raise the standard of hygiene everywhere as part of COVID-safety measures to keep the customers safe. I have given a three-star rating, but I will raise it once I see an improvement on all fronts in my next visit.

Surprised the way the restaurant is maintained so bad. Visited this restaurant for a take away order. Very untidy with foot prints all over and tissues on the floor. Roof is completely with spider webs and dead insects. No sanitiser for the customers or delivery guys who come into the restaurant. Definitely need re-training on the cooking. Stuffed garlic bread is falling apart. Not sure if I will prefer this restaurant again.

Worst Domino's restaurant I've ever seen.. the restaurant is not clean. The tables are not cleaned and not maintained... It took long time for receiving order I've ordered for Pepper BBQ pizza with chese burst. The quality of pizza was really bad.. I will never visit this restaurant again. Giving one star because there is no option to give zero star

Dominos Pizza is the best according to my kids and family not just for the time it delivers but mainly for the taste and quality maintained, ambience of the stores are very fresh and I feel good while having it on stores. My kids really like the taco, choco lava and chicken pizzas, they really like when they hand tossed the pizzas. It's good in taste and fresh.

Delayed delivery. Delivery after one hour of ordering. No response from branch manager even after calling 5-7 times. All ordered food items completely cool. No rain. No traffic jam too

Not at all 'The Domino's experience' here. The air-conditioning was off, resulting into the place lacking any ventilation nor any movement of air. The garbage cans which were more than full reeked the whole place with foul smell adding to the lack of ventilation. We enter a Domino's outlet expecting a certain standards, which in this case we're definitely not met. Its like the restaurant was not even bothered, let alone being pro-active.

Domino's is always good! We had margarita with extra cheez. My son likes extra chess...we had fun!
