Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Serilingampalle (M), Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

First of all the worst thing that i heard from the Domino's counter in inorbit mail ID that there is no card payment. This is the basic need for the business now a days, but not sure why Domino's have a branch without card payment. The second worst thing is there is no cheese burst. The worst thing is he suggested for extra cheese and i asked to add, but still i received Pizza with least to zero amount of cheese. I can see Domino's is compromising with the quality of food and service.

I have always loved pizza and so I loved Dominos as well. There seasoning is the best compared to any other pizza brand. This particular store serves good pizza for sure, even the zingy parcels are also properly stuffed and saucy here. Only problem I found here is that the people who prepares pizza don't wear gloves. For once I had doubt that she used the same hands for picking non-veg and veg toppings. When asked she said they wash hands after every preparation, but I still don't find this satisfying.

Very worst service, pizza was very child , not eatable , I asked but no one took any concern. Waste of money and time

One of the worst experiences with the branch manager (Surya) who was dishonest and made us do duplicate payments for a single order. When we approached asking for refund of duplicate payment she started making a lot of stories and unnecessarily dragged the conversations too long making us do continuous follow-ups and we have been emailing Domino's support for more than 3-4 weeks, such a TIME WASTER and its totally annoying that Domino's been an international brand has no control to track such misbehaviour. They're not even aware on how to track a transaction and/or check if it's received or failed! No process or protocol followed for tracking issues, and it's totally lame to ask customer to provide minute details like what was the ordered items, amount, etc. If the branch manager is professional enough they should be able to track with transaction id or the UTR number!! Well that branch manager is definitely creepy and lazy enough to even get the details from their database to do the basic validation, and heights or arrogance when we ask them to refund to the original payment source!! I TOTALLY LOST TRUST on Domino's support team and entirely disguted with their service here!!

When I ordered only one person was handing and he gave his best..love little pizza mania.

Rude behavior from staff on 11 05 2023 7 15 pm. Dominos you are loosing your credibility just because of your staff.

worst Dominos I have ever visited. I visited this place twice. Pizzas were not freshly prepared. just heated and served. not adequate quantity of cheese even in cheese burst pizzas. Only expensive ones are available.

This outlet deserves no star actually, worst staff who don't know how to treat customers either they will ask you to wait or they will not have change. Everytime I visit this outlet same thing happens
