Firstly I ordered chicken dominator cheese burst. What they gave me was a pathetic pizza without cheese.. I had to leave the pizza base as it is. Secondly instead of serving the Pepsi diet they served me normal Pepsi bottle. The owner and franchise distributor must take cognizance of it. The staff is spoiling the Domino's brand. I won't come here again
This place is a decent joint for some good time with friends and family. Someone from northern part of India, i found this a reliable option for a mouth watering pizza meal. Taste was good, as you'd expect. Just loved the service and hospitality. Staff was very friendly, deserve a raise.

I got my order late, from the time they punched the 'dispatched' button, 30 minutes had already past, I waited for one hour and tried to raise a complaint but the manager refused to do the right thing i.e let us to recieve the food for free (because at that point the food had already gone cold and the cheese solidified) the staffs are not to blame, the manager is. I think the manager is quite rude as well.
From the staircase leading to the restaurant..the floor/windows/tables etc ....were not clean...to say the least!
I really cannot imagine Domino's to be this much superficial. I ordered classic stuffed garlic bread and regular farmhouse pizza with cheese burst. The pizza was so pathetic, vegetables were not sufficient, they put like two ill shaped slices of capsicum and mushroom which were not cooked properly. The garlic bread was not no different. Stuffing was soo in sufficient that it felt like I'm eating a normal bread from a local store. It was really waste of money and time. If it could have possible, I definitely want to get my money back. I request authorities to please maintain the standard of this place and also train your employes properly.

Experienced a Very bad quality of service today. First off, very limited Items with no regular size pizza (only medium & large), and only 1 type of Non Veg Pizza...Secondly, there's no option of paying by Credit/ debit card and no UPI /online transaction payments, upon enquiry, "only Cash" as the girl in the counter rudely replied.. Also, the same girl on the counter taking order was very impatient and impolite while taking customers order and pressuring them to hurry even though there was no queue at all., she could have been more professional and understanding to the old lady who was with a small girl (probably their first time) trying to make their orders..felt bad for them as i belief they would have a very bad experience going to Domino's..overall,very bad and unprofessional service I have experienced today @ Domino's Pizza, Dawrpui , Aizawl ..i.e 21.02.2022
