Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Dombivli, Nilje Gaon - Thane, India

Food was okay, service was also nice there was the change in the counter that the lady gave to us. The only thing was that the restaurant was untidy, unclean,full of bugs, not working AC but that's all Thank you.

Worst experience with domino's. God knows what kind unprofessional people they hire. The entire order was ruined by the delivery person. Everything was upside down. The filings were coming out of the taco and veg parcel. The veg parcel box is empty cos the moment I opened the box everything was outside the box and it dropped on my clothes. You can see the stains on the inside of the box. The veg taco as seen in the picture is looking worst than dog food. Such irresponsible and unprofessional people. Never gonna order from here.

The place is extremely upsetting! No sense of customer service. Staff pretends to not listen and when finally you go to them to tell them something they treat us as we have no idea and we are dumb! Unfortunately we are not. When requested to clean table she said would you want us to first take your order or first clean. I mean really! Do we need more staff to work here? Also interiors are so pathetic, bathroom extremely unclean! I believe they reused the same sheet for past couple of days. It has been super hot in here probably outside is better than inside. Customer service, cleanliness and air con needs cleaning!

You order something and you will get a different product, even if you order a pizza worth Rs.600, you will get the same third class pizza delivered to you, their service is so dirty that you will feel sad that you have ordered from them again and again. I think Lodha Pizza is made in both Veg and Nonveg mix in Brans, same man will make it Veg and same person will make Nonveg Pizza and give over all bad service

Not good experience at all. 1- 0 star for cleanliness. Lots of garbage lying around. All mess near toilet area. Definately not hygienic for babies and kids. Please maintain cleanliness in store, we are going through covid, atleast now you should know the value of cleanliness and sanitization. 2- 1 star for service. No offline orders. No proper assistance to place online orders. Customer is waiting to get assistance to order food and staff was busy in folding pizza box, chitchat and laughing, no attention towards customers order. Forget to give my cold drink, after finishing all my meal when I ask where is my cold drink, the guy said you did not order cold drink, when I said can you please check the order then he was asking for bill, I show him bill and then he was saying sorry sir I didn't see order properly. 3- 1 star for food quality. Order indi tandoori cheese burst, 4 cheese pizza, crinkle fries, classic stuffed garlic bread, marinda. I always prefer only dine in for Domino's because like to eat only hot pizza, while placing the order I told 2-3 times that I want extremely hot pizza, but still they serve me cold indi tandoori pizza and 4 cheese pizza(less quantity of cheese) which was not cut properly , I told them it's not properly cut how I can eat like this. Totally disappointed and again I place new order for indi tandoori cheese burst which was okay. The worst part was garic bread and fries, garlic bread had not even 1 percent taste of garlic and no seasoning at all. When I complaint about it he replace the order, and you know how he served me garlic bread, put lot of garlic powder on top of bread. can you please train properly your staff how to make garlic bread , this is definately not the way to serve garlic bread. I will share some of pictures with you. Fries are cold,tasteless,soggy not even 1% of crisp. Better to buy McCain's/godrej/itc fries packet and enjoy the at home. *Worst experience at Domino's, never expected like this, no satisfaction at all. Domino's management Please please please pay attention to this store.

We ordered: * Veggie Loaded Pizza - had fresh tomatoes, capsicums etc * Golden Corn Pizza - cheese and corn toppings * Indi Chicken Tikka - chicken tossed in Indian tikka masala, good one!

Food is average, delivery parcel is always after 30 mins. Delivery guy mark the status as delivered even before reaching at door steps. Dine-in is the worst option at this place as the Air Conditioner is never working, noticing same situation since more than 3 months.

The orders are always late , the call to store option never connects, always getting cold pizzas. This review is not after 1 late delivery, this is after repetitive very late deliveries by this centre and very unprofessional staff. The live agent connect at customer service never works.
