Through taking the course at Arham Yogashala, I've learnt both theoretical and practical knowledge towards yoga practicing, including but not limited to the yoga history, literature, anatomy and different asanas etc. It truly deepens my understanding of this sport and strengthens the interest of gaining more insights of learning yoga.
