Domino's Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Cuttack - Cuttack, India

Staff is rude. They talk like they do not care about your order at all. Whether you eat or not they are getting paid anyway. Food is unreliable. Sometimes they forget to add sauce, sometimes it is undercooked. They will put you on hold and forget you. This is the only Dominos in the area that's why such poor customer service and experience. Even the place is dirty sometimes.

Good one but they need to improve other Domino's are better then this

Domino's is always a delicious place for Pizzas. No matter how bad the mood is..a pizza from Domino's can always make a person happy. It also caters to varied spending capacities. From mania range for pocket savers to exotic pizzas with special toppings it has pizza for every pocket.

Nobody cares about the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant. The tables are dirty. Condiments are sprayed around everywhere. I wonder about the cleanliness of the food preparation area.

This college square, Cuttack store is so so miserable one. Staffs are busy in themselves. Late respond, late delivery even if the order gets ready, poor knowledge of billing, so unhygienic restaurant, rotten smell of washroom. Pizza taste is not at all meeting upto the mark, mine was too salty and cheese was sour in taste. How is this running!!

Leaving that domino's outlet, I couldn't help but feel frustrated and dissatisfied. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. I vowed never to return, as I couldn't fathom subjecting myself to such a dreadful experience again. To make matters worse, when I attempted to address my concerns with the manager, I was met with indifference and defensiveness. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation or provide any form of compensation for the terrible experience.He mentioned senior management doesn't care about what's going on. I as a costomer was waiting to give order but the employer of Domino's is not ready to take the order and left the shop asking me to blindly wait for him until he comes. This kind of a behaviour is absolutely inlorante. I hope this kind of inconvenience should be further faced by me in the future

Being a pizza fan, dominoes is one place which I visited a number of times. Coming to the food and it's quality . Well all it's outlets have the same taste, so really cannot differentiate. Be it bhubaneswar or cuttack taste is same. Farmhouse,Veggie Paradise(Veg) Chicken Tikka, chicken golden delight(Non veg) are a must try.. Although service of the staffs is not at all impressive. Extremely slow service. Small area too. Minus one point for that.
