Recently innovated with 1 km waking path. Very well maintained and lots of trees have been retained and planted all around lots of Pelicans and Painted storks were seen in monsoon season was a surprise. But lots of drainage water is being fed into lake which should be stopped
Doddakallasandra lake is really beautiful and well maintained. The lake is decent size and the walking path is very well made, there is street lamps, parks, flower gardens and trees. The only issue seems to be sewage pipes running down into the lake.
Nice lake for bird watching, walking and jogging. Some more facilities like Gajaba shelter etc in the offing.
Doddakallasandra lake has been rejuvenated and has turned out to a good spot for birds and humans alike. Walkways are tree covered and nice greenery all around. Water is less in the lake but you can spot birds like spot billed duck, Little Grebe, Eurasian coot, Grey headed swamphen, waterhen, Herons, wagtails, etc. In one side of the lake there seems to be someone staying inside the lake - not sure if there is an encroachment. Overall very pleasing to the eyes and a great place for a walk. Walking trail length about 1.2km
The lake has been rejuvenated with a walkway around it. It is a great place to catch a breath of fresh air and beautiful sunsets!

Something wrong is happening at this beautiful lake. Overnight some people are draining out the water and dumping garbage and sand ... ite very sad :( time to remove this lake from the map because there will be no lake anymore here :(
