Doctor Plus - Medical Center in North Dumdum - 24 Paraganas North, India

Several Doctors attend their patients here. Inside this place is clean and tidy. They charged 100 rupees as registration fee, which remains active for 3 months. Visiting fee needs to submit inside Doctor's chember. One bad thing is they don't accept any Credit card payment. So you need to pay by cash only. And the parking facility is there but it's not adjacent to it, it is in few metres distance. You can park your bike there, but 4 wheeler parking will be difficult. They do note the names through phone on the same day from 8 AM onwards.

This has been a number of times I had to go to Doctor Plus for doctor consultation and others...just I experienced superb piece of promptness and smartness in picking up the phone, very fast response at the counter with excellent good behaviour with helping spirit, very nice system totally right from reporting to the counter upto Doctor's check up and finally billing presentation at the counter. I am very much satisfied with every corner to corner dealing.

They are fraudsters! Simply charged Rs.20000 for a hair growth treatment also gave some injections but didn't help at all ! Infact the remaining hair also started falling .. And no authenticated doctors are present! Not recommended to anybody ! They are simply cheat !

We have engaged with Doctor Plus for last 3 years. Their services are very good. Behaviour of all stuffs are excellent . They are very supportive and friendly. Very neat and clean centre . Doctor plus is best diagnosis centre at Birati.

Dr.Arindam Mukherjee is the most rude and ill-mannered doctor I have ever come across. For a minor issue, he told me to get the X-ray done for 1200/- with a full stomach and also forced me to do Blood test for 1000/-. Total fraud business , He also forced me to so physiotherapy from his referal, when I denied he did not even talk to me further and misbehaved with me. Total fraud and money mongering business

Radiologist is harsh on patients. I had usg, and now can't move. Asked several times to be gentle but he kept on pressing my belly in a harsh manner. He sees nothing in uterus and concludes not pregnant (with a positive urine test) among everything. He sees nothing in fallopian tube and concludes ectopic pregnancy. He asks for tvs and confirms that nothing can be said for sure in that too. I'm going to an astrologer instead of this clinic next time. At least I'll not have severe abdominal pain!!!!

Well apart from my experience from this place I just want to inform all of you that the receptionist and all the staffs are not so much cooperative and they are just ready for harassing people by them at all. On 29th October I called them for enlisting my name for check up and they told us that enlisting name through phone is not happening so I have to come 30th October morning for enlisting my name. So I gone there on that day and the lady I don't know whether she is the receptionist or not told me that as the doctor will come at 3pm I have to enlist my Name only that time. This is the simply harassing someone. But as the doctors are there I can't argue with them. I have to attend on that day at 2.30pm to enlist my name and for check up. I think the doctors should quit that place and run their chember in other place .
