Management is very worst and neglecting, instead of reporting the issues they are not taking any action. And simply telling D mart is not responsible for any warranty kind of things and we need to contact directly to the manufacturer.
So what is the roll of D mart, simply sitting and gaining the profit with out doing anything.
In my case, the pigeon glass top stove bought a month back and that's broken automatically during cooking like a blast happened.
For the above case D mart is claiming they are not responsible for anything and they promised that they will raise an enquiry for me and still that is not done even after four days.

Great place but some products are cheap but if a product is cheap then there's a quality degradation and same thing happens in Dmart also.
The store staff attitude is anything but customer centric. Not one staff member was helping to find what customers were asking them for. They just said the item is not in stock without batting an eyelid. And when asked where to find an item in the aisle... They just directed randomly. Staff chitchatting some silly stuff amongst themselves. Doesn't give a pleasant vibe. Seems like the staff is only trained to restock the shelves and nothing else.
Orientation of the staff members is needed big time.
