It was horrible experience. The host r too manipulative and fraud. 1. They claim the distance is 1km from NSNIS patiyala, but actually it was more than 2.5 2. They were pretty expensive 3. For initial 2 days thee food was good but later it bcm worst. 4. They provide only 2 meal/day. But initially over phone they said food will be prepared twice. But the boarders can have the breakfast and carry the same food for lunch if they wish to. But on reality they didn't allow. 5. They said the laundry service is free. But on reality they asked for 200 rs to wash only one single bed-sheet. 6. They hv set food timing which didn't match Our class schedule at NSNIS, Patiala 7. Other PGs deliver food (lunch) to the institute, they initially promised but later they denied 8. Milk & milk products wear not included in the actual menu though it was there while we spoke over phone. 9. They didn't allow us to lock our rooms. 10. The room cleaning was only done twice a week after asking for many times. 11. On Sunday food was over by 11. And they denied to provide. Though the timing for that day was till 12.30. 12. They didn't allow nonveg food inside the hostel premises. 13. They charged 20rs / units of electricity. And funny thing was when we come back from class every time the unite change Though every things were switched off or unplugged. 14. But the owner and stuffs were rude.

Can't thank you more for your care and compassion. My son developed very severe stomach pain in the middle of a night. The owners personally attended to him immediately and insisted him to visit a hospital. Later we came to know that it was appendix and needed urgent attention.

Great experience! My son never missed home esp. food. The hosts are really caring and always accessible.

Food quality is very very bad. Their way of talking is very rude and manipulative. Electricity bill per unit is higher than other pgs. Wifi facility is useless.

Worst food after 3 or 4 days . You will get best food for starting 1 or 2 days, after that the quality of food fall down very quickly because you submitted all the money in advanced. Before taking rooms in this pg, please explore some more places in patiala. You will get more options there. Again I am telling that the quality of is worst after 3-4 days. so beware before check in and search more pg in patiala.

The stay was good and had a nice accommodation but the price quite cost compared to other rooms for who are all coming for 6weeks or 1yr course in nis, here the facilities and services were Good, have a nice stay there
