Unfortunately appointment giving authorities are giving much more extra time before doctor's actual appointment. However it was been observed that Staffs are not maintaining serial Nos though they used to tell Service will be provided 1st come 1st serve basis. Resulting which patients become sufferer due to huge waiting time. In connection of this matter I also would like to say staffs are incompetent to maintain proper management towards patients and they need proper training. I met with 1 female staff namely Deb***na who was spontaneously lying with me and trying to hide the actual fact.
I went there to see Dr. Maj PK Dutta... But my problem is not resolved... I have cough from a long time... He gives me medicine of high price so that he could earn from M.R's & medicine companies... although his medicine's doesn't work properly & also I do my xray from their clinic(which is waste of money regarding to me)so that he can be satisfied... Such a shame... if you doesn't understand problem of your patients how can be anyone wants to see you again... Such a loss of money for me...
Ultrasonography performance is not good....very low quality radiologist....A day before our operation date we went to divine touch to confirm the position and size of the kidney stone....but after performed the USG the radiologist told us that there is no stone in the kidney...but next day we made a x-ray from the same pathology...and x-ray shows clear presence of stone....think the quality level of their radiologist and USG.... Public goes to these private pathology rather than govt hospital...Just shameful....I suggest not to go divine touch for USG atleast.

Today I visited this clinic, I wait for 5 minutes then all things is done quickly, behaviour is good.
Not really satisfied...at first they will be very polite with patients...and they will give some test en all ..but while you get the report doctor will not even check the reports properly..
The stars only for Doctors because they are Good. But the reseption staff of this hospital Is very bad manner. They Don't know how to speak with the patients. They Need training of behaviour. specially female staff of reseption counter.
